Who we are
Kelter is made by Palms Collective Limited, which decides how your information is used. You can reach us at hello@getkelter.app.
What we keep
If you join the waiting list, we keep:
- your email address;
- whether you said you use an iPhone or an Android phone, if you told us;
- the date you joined.
That is all we keep about you. This website has no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising, and loads nothing from other companies. Like any website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs of the requests it receives, such as the page asked for and when, to keep the site running.
What we use it for
To email you when Kelter is ready, and about getting in early to try it. We don't send anything else, and we never sell or share your address. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The list is stored with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, which works under contract for us and may process information outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires. We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, and we will delete the whole list within twelve months of Kelter's release.
To stop the form being abused, we count how many times it is sent from one internet address in a day. We keep that address only in a scrambled form that can't be read back, and delete it the next day.
Leaving the list
Enter your address here and it is removed from the list at once. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@getkelter.app. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and change the date at the top.
